What this site collects
Time & Sky has no accounts and no sign-up. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal profile information.
Location
The weather and home pages can use your device's location, but only when you press a "Use my location" button and approve the browser's permission prompt. Your coordinates are sent directly from your browser to the Open-Meteo weather service to fetch a forecast; they are never stored by this site.
Local storage
Preferences such as your saved world-clock cities and unit choices are stored in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Third-party services
Weather, geocoding, and sunrise/sunset data are provided by Open-Meteo. Requests to that service include the coordinates or city name being looked up and standard technical information such as your IP address, as with any web request.
Advertising
This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Users in the EEA/UK are shown a consent message before personalized ads are served.
